Tyler and Chantal have been passionate about working out and living a healthy lifestyle since their teenage years. Something unique about Tyler and Chantal is that they both struggled with weight loss and health in their younger years. This allows them to really understand and relate to their clients. Both Tyler and Chantal lead by example and encourage their clients every step of the way. They believe in helping each client in a case-by-case basis to ensure they get the best, safest and highest quality  experience possible.
